Salvation Testimony

Jesus is Lord!  How many times have we said that phrase, when truthfully, we weren't living it?  For Jesus to be Lord of our lives, we have to give ourselves to Him completely, not just use empty words.  As a person, I know I will never be perfect.  My mistakes are too many to count.  But what I do know is that Jesus, the maker of heaven and earth, loves me and gave His life for me.  I must strive each and every day to live my life for Him, giving Him my everything.  Sometimes my selfishness gets in the way and He has to remind me that everything I have and everything I am is His and His alone.  I praise God because, even though I am a sinner, I know He holds me in His hand and when I fall, He is there to pick me up turn me back in the right direction.

Call to the Ministry

Taught school as a band director for several years before surrendering to full-time ministry in March of 1998.

Passion in Ministry

My passion in ministry is to see God's people totally engulfed in worship. So many times, week after week, we join together and go through the motions of worship and then go away no different than when we first came. My desire is for the church to truly meet Jesus every time we join together in corporate worship, and to experience the ONE who is worthy of all of our worship and praise.

Favorite Verse

Psalm 100
Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth. Worship the Lord with gladness; come before Him with joyful songs. Know that the Lord is God. It is He who made us, and we are His; we are His people, the sheep of His pasture. Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise; give thanks to Him and praise His name. For the Lord is good and His love endures forever; His faithfulness continues through all generations. (NIV)
