Cleary Baptist Church is a church that is seeking to be a carbon copy of the church described in the book of Acts.  We challenge our people to reject the pleasures of this world for the pleasures of God.  We call our members to reject the worldly pursuit of prosperity and possessions for a pursuit of the treasures of God and to invest in the Kingdom of God.  We challenge our members to reject the passions and priorities of this culture in order to embrace the passions and priorities of God.  We call our people to reject the saturation of their minds and families with Hollywood, media, and secular entertainment in order to saturate their minds and families with Scripture and the things of God.  We are calling our men to be the husbands and father’s that God has called them to be, leading and discipling their families.  We long to see all of our membership actively engaged in living godly lives, praying for the lost, providing for the mission,  and proclaiming the true Gospel of Jesus Christ in our community, state, nation, and world for the Glory of God and the good of all peoples.  We are not there yet by any means, but we are truly striving to run this race in such a way that we may win for the fame of His Name.  Come join in the race!
